Description
1/10 Oz Silver Round GSM Incuse Native American Design
Silver Rounds hold neither face value nor legal tender status, which makes their premiums lower than sovereign coins. Being privately minted also allows rounds to showcase nearly any design,
Golden State Mint (GSM) a USA company started in 1974 dedicated solely to minting silver, gold, copper rounds, bars, commemoratives and bullion. In addition to being accredited ISO 9001, GSM holds a multitude of longstanding industry affiliations such as: International Precious Metals Institute (IPMI); Industry Council for Tangible Assets (ICTA); American Numismatic Association (ANA) since 1988 among many others.
Featuring the design of Bela Lyon Pratt from the iconic $2.50 & $5.00 Indian Head Gold Coins, crafted from 1908-1929, these rounds also provide a fitting historic memorial.
Obverse (Heads/Front): Showcasing Pratt's distinctive 1908 “Indian Head” motif. A commanding portrayal of a Native American chieftain, resplendent in his full headdress, dominates the design, encircled by 15 stars. Above the chieftain's head, you'll find the bold inscription of “Liberty"
Reverse (Tails/Back): Featuring the iconic eagle, depicted in repose, perched atop a cluster of arrows enveloped by an olive branch. The United States' national motto, "E Pluribus Unum”, “GOLDEN STATE MINT” weight and fitness all framing the eagle.
