Returns Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we do not accept returns under any circumstances and all sales are final once payment is made. Title, possession, liability, transfer to the buyer upon shipping carrier pickup and considered final acceptance by the customer upon the first tracking scan showing the order/items are in possession by the shipping vendor (ie USPS/FedEX/UPS/DHL etc.).
However, if there's an issue with your order or you're not happy with your item, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
If for any reason you should wish to return an item due to our error, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All items subject to the following shipping policy which may be in effect from time to time and will depend on invoice total as follows, as always if you would like something different, no worries, just let us know in checkout.
- Order totals of $.01-$299.99 and weighing less than up to 15.9 ounces , ship USPS First Class Mail or Standard Mail.
- Order totals of $300.00-$2999.99, or weight between 1lb-10lbs, ship USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, shipped with insurance provided by leading third party numismatic private insurer.
- Order totals over $3,000.00, weighing less than 10 lbs, ship USPS REGISTERED MAIL OR FedEx Express Mail with Signature Required, shipped with insurance provided by leading third party numismatic private insurer.
